The sessionboxer command line

The sessionboxer command talks to the running server and opens the browser on the new session. It comes with the npm package (npx sessionboxer …, or on your PATH after npm i -g sessionboxer); from a checkout, npm link -w @sessionboxer/cli once.

SESSIONBOXER_URL points it at a server other than http://127.0.0.1:4000; on the machine that runs the Control Plane the CLI reads the access token from ~/.sessionboxer/config.json, elsewhere set SESSIONBOXER_TOKEN. sessionboxer token prints the token, sessionboxer pair a one-time login link for a browser.
